Policies

First and Foremost, Blondie and Ginger Salon appreciates your business with us and our stylist’s. We are implementing new policies to help ensure our business runs as smooth as possible. If you have any questions about our policies, please contact us at the salon. Please read the following policies.

Online Booking Policy

We have activated our online booking to help ensure you are able to get the appointment slot you are looking for, as well as to book while the salon is closed. Our booking system requires you to make an account, so an email will be required to make an account and appointments.

 

We unfortunately have seen an increase in no shows and late cancellations, so we are requiring a credit card at the time of online booking.

 

When booking online, we want to reassure you that your credit card is 100% private, all stylists cannot see your credit card number. Our booking system is built with Visa, which has a private encryption system, to provide you with the utmost security. Thank you for your Cooperation.

 

If you are not comfortable with the idea of booking online or having a credit card on file, please call the salon for further assistance.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that appointments do need to be canceled or rescheduled from time to time, and we will do everything to accommodate these cancellations, that being said we do require 12 hours or more notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

Failure to cancel your appointment 12 hours or more will result in a charge of 50% of your service that was booked.

If you “no show, no call” your appointment, a 50% fee will be charged to the credit card on file, or added to your next service with us.

 

If you need to reschedule your appointment under the 12 hour time frame, we are happy to move it once, next time that a reschedule is needed under 12 hour notice, a 25% charge to the service price that was originally scheduled.

 

Our stylists need adequate time to be able to fill that spot on a last minute notice, Our Booking System, Aura sends out 2 reminder messages prior to your appointment date to ensure there is enough time to remind you of the appointment, and give you enough time to cancel if need be.

 

We do understand and recognize that emergent situations may come up and they may come up last minute, please just call us or contact your stylist and we will waive the fee.

 

 

Appointment Refusal Policy

Blondie & Ginger Reserves the right to refuse service, on the basis of health and safety of our staff. We will automatically refuse service if concerns of lice, skin infections, open wounds, etc are prevalent. Our staff has the right to refuse and stop services, if they feel uncomfortable or unsafe. We have a No Tolerance Policy for abuse of staff.

 

 

Service Guarantee Policy

Blondie & Ginger stands behind their stylists and the work they create, that being said you as our customers are our number priority. We want to guarantee our work, and make sure you are 100% happy with your service. We ask that you contact us or your stylist 24-72 hours after your appointment if anything needs to be adjusted. Our team will work to get you in as soon as possible to make the adjustment. We thank you for allowing us to rectify any situations that may happen.
